1. Price: Our company will try our best to maintain price stability. All prices are in RMB. If there are price changes, we will not make another reminder. For confirmed orders, we guarantee a 90-day written validity.


2. Order change/cancellation: If the buyer does not change the terms or terms in the contract, unless authorized by the seller, the buyer has no right to change or cancel the signed contract. The agreement between the buyer and the seller, including but not limited to statements, promises, consents, understandings, etc., is invalid.


3. Declaration of cargo transportation: The seller urges the buyer to check the received goods immediately. If there is any damage, missing or other quality problems, please contact our customer service immediately. All questions must be answered within 15 days after the buyer receives the goods. .


4. Technical support: Upon request of the buyer, the seller can provide technical support and information for the after-sales of the product. However, unless there is a paper agreement, the seller will not bear the consequences caused by the technical support and information provided, and the buyer as a user shall bear the consequences caused by the technical support and information. The seller will not guarantee the technical support and information provided in any form, including any form of implication, the marketability of the product and the purpose of use of the product, and the applicability of any relevant product suggested by the seller cannot be regarded as an implication.


5. Patent disclaimer: The seller does not guarantee that the use or sale of all products will not infringe the patent rights of the United States patent regulations or other related products, joint use with other products, or any operation process.


6. Return and exchange: If the product has quality problems, please contact our customer service staff in time to return and exchange the goods. Without permission, no return will be accepted.


6.1 Including but not limited to the following situations will not be returned


(1) Special specification products, customized products


(2) Leaked or damaged chemicals


(3) Products with fuzzy product labels that affect information recognition


(4) Frozen products that have been opened


(5) Products that cannot be sold due to product damage during the return


6.2 The customer needs to package the product properly. If cryopreservation is required, the corresponding low-temperature packaging is required, otherwise the customer will have to bear the loss.


6.3 For all returns other than quality problems, we will charge a 15% handling fee for storage and testing, with a minimum of RMB 100.
